A story in last week's Top of the Class featured art students from Wesley Chapel High School who were invited to sell their wares at the Lutz-Land O'Lakes Women's Club Arts and Crafts Festival.

The results are in and the students did well. Although no students won awards, they did pull in $770 to be split between the artists and the school's art program. "Something like 45 artists sold their artwork," said art teacher Kathy Taylor, "and we were invited to participate again next year. What more can you expect? Throughout the day students were learning how to market -- how to sell. In addition we were physically selling work. This turned out to be a great learning experience."
