Hillsborough houses, land for sale now listed online
By Times staff writer Looking for a house in Hillsborough County? A new online service of the St. Petersburg Times puts information on every house and condominium for sale in Hillsborough at your fingertips. Homeofmine.com makes it easy to search for houses by a number of parameters: price, ZIP code, city or square footage. Listings offer details of the house, including number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and Multiple Listing Service number. A photo is provided with most listings; many have additional interior and exterior views. Commercial properties and vacant land also can be searched. The information is provided by the members of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and people interested in a particular house can link from the listing to the Realtor offering the property. Homeofmine.com can be accessed directly, or through the St. Petersburg Times' two primary Web sites, www.sptimes.com and www.tampabay.com. Listings from the Greater Clearwater Board of Realtors and Citrus County also are available. Readers interested in selling prices of houses and condominiums are reminded that the Times publishes on Mondays (in the Tampa & State section) every Hillsborough real estate transaction of more than $40,000. Sales are listed by area and street address.
