    Applicants sought for judgeship

    The 6th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now taking applications from attorneys interested in applying for a Pinellas County judgeship opened by the elevation of Judge Robert Morris to the circuit bench.

    Applicants must be registered voters living in Pinellas and members in good standing of the Florida Bar for the past five years.

    Those interested in applying can receive applications and instructions from Elise K. Winters at 800 Cleveland St., Suite 940, Clearwater, FL, 33755.

    Copies of 10 completed applications must be returned no later than 5 p.m. on Dec. 27.
