CLEARWATER -- Clearwater police arrested a Largo man Thursday on charges he sexually abused a girl, according to arrest reports. Robert Michael Saylor, 38, of 10061/2 15th Ave. NW faces three charges of performing lewd and lascivious acts on a child and one charge of sexual battery, arrest reports state. The incidents occurred during a five-hour period Wednesday in Clearwater, according to police.
