Holiday closings

The following is a list of holiday closings and schedule changes for south Pinellas County for Monday, Dec. 25.

Government

Federal offices: Closed.

City, county offices: Closed, including City Hall in the Mall kiosk at Tyrone Square Mall.

Mail: All U.S. post offices are closed.

Transportation

PSTA: Holiday schedule. Call 530-9911 for information.

DART: Holiday schedule. Call 531-0415 for information.

Public services

Banks: Closed.

Courts: Not in session.

Schools: Closed.

Libraries: Closed.

Garbage collection: Residential collections normally on Monday will be made on Tuesday; the Tuesday residential collections will be made on Wednesday. All other collection days remain the same.

Other closings: Facilities closed include Bayfront Center box office and administrative offices; Boyd Hill Nature Park; Business Development Center; Coliseum Ballroom; Enoch Davis Center; three municipal golf courses; municipal beach concession stand; municipal marina administrative offices; North Shore Pool; recreation and adult centers; Sunken Gardens; Sunshine Center; and the St. Petersburg Tennis Center.

Please note: North Shore Pool will be closed Sunday, Dec. 24. The main library, normally open on Sundays, will be closed Dec. 24. For water or sewer emergencies, call the Public Utilities Department at 893-7261. For police, fire or medical emergencies, dial 911.
