To reserve a performance time, call 726-2993 by Jan. 19. Manatee Festival in Crystal River set on Jan. 13-14CRYSTAL RIVER -- The Florida Manatee Festival will be Jan. 13-14 in downtown Crystal River. Each day includes live entertainment featuring a Jimmy Buffet contest, children's games, a manatee education area, arts and crafts and food. Call 795-3149. Scottish heritage Robert Burns dinner, dance setCRYSTAL RIVER -- The second-annual Robert Burns dinner and dance, sponsored by the Inverness Pipes and Drums, will begin at 6 p.m. Jan. 26 at Andre's Restaurant, 505 E Hartford St., Citrus Hills. The event will honor Scottish heritage and particularly the life and works of author Robert Burns. Kilts are recommended, but not required. Tickets are $22. Call 726-6690 or 341-0959. Series of computer classes offered in Beverly HillsBEVERLY HILLS -- Computer classes will start Jan. 11 at the Beverly Hills Community Building and meet from 7 to 9 p.m. every other Thursday. Mourfield is the fine arts teacher at Seven Rivers Christian School in Lecanto.
