Alka-Seltzer tablets contain aspirin, citric acid and sodium bicarbonate. When the citric acid and bicarbonate hit water, a fizz is created. we don't knowAlthough the vast majority of Americans say they are concerned about food safety, a recent survey by Tyson Foods found that many people barely understand how to prepare foods safely. Only about half of those questioned use meat thermometers, and 35 percent didn't know that wooden cutting boards should not be used for cutting meat and poultry.
