New Year's Eve is party time in West Pasco

The Regency Park Civic Association is sponsoring a New Year's Eve gala, dinner and dance Sunday at the clubhouse, 10240 Regency Park Blvd., Port Richey. A buffet dinner will be served at 7 p.m. followed by dancing from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. to music by Sandy and Company. Tickets are $25 per person and include set ups, noise makers, a champagne toast at midnight and a Continental breakfast. Bring your own beverage. For information call, 862-4224 or 847-2290.

The American Legion Hudson Post 335 is sponsoring a New Year's Eve Party beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday at the post home, 11421 Osceola Drive, New Port Richey. Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, party favors, a champagne toast at midnight and dancing to music by Jack and Equal Justice is planned. Cost is $25 a couple or $15 for singles. The Polish American Social Club is sponsoring a New Year's Eve celebration Sunday at the clubhouse, 7615 New Jersey Ave., Hudson. Doors will open at 5 p.m. A prime rib or chicken dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. with dancing beginning at 9 p.m. to music by the Music Blenders. At midnight, coffee and doughnuts will be served. The Donald M. Michels Jr., Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6180 and Auxiliary are sponsoring an annual New Year's Eve celebration from 8 p.m. to midnight Sunday at the post, 11551 Osceola Drive, New Port Richey. Tickets purchased in advance are $30 per couple, $18 for singles or at the door, $35 for couples and $20 for singles. Tickets include party favors, munchies, and breakfast at midnight. The Knights of Columbus, Father Farrell Council 6476 is sponsoring a special dinner and dance New Year's Eve celebration Sunday at the council hall, 2040 Grand Blvd., Holiday. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. followed by a floor show and dance music by the New Changing Times. Tickets are $45 per person. Advance reservations are suggested by calling, 934-8025.

The American Legion Paradise Post 79 will celebrate New Year's Eve Sunday afternoon and evening at the post, Legion and Veterans, New Port Richey. The celebration will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Usual midnight festivities will be observed at 6 p.m. Cost of $15 per person includes party favors, dinner, music by Short Notice and a champagne toast. Festivities begin with an open bar at 7 with dinner at 8 p.m., followed by music by Peter Columbo and Band. The midnight toast will be followed by a continental breakfast. Tickets are $40 per person. The Polish American Pulaski Association is sponsoring a New Year's Eve Ball and dinner Sunday at the clubhouse, 4626 Darlington Road, Holiday. Dinner featuring prime rib or baked chicken will be served from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with dancing from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. to music by Marc Bouchard. Tickets are $27 for members and $30 for non-members. A prime rib dinner with double baked potato, vegetable, salad, dessert and coffee will be served at 7:30 p.m. Dancing to the music of Hollywood Hank will start at 9 p.m. There will be a champagne toast at midnight. The Polish Legion of American Veterans, Dennis A. Orloski Post 184 is sponsoring a New Year's Eve dinner and dance Sunday at the post home, 4035 Madison St., Elfers. Doors will open at 5, dinner featuring prime rib au jus, baked potato, vegetable, salad, and dessert will be served from 6 to 8 p.m. followed by dancing to music of the Dukes from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. There will be favors, balloons, champagne and a Continental breakfast.
