TAMPA -- Bucs defensive end Marcus Jones and linebacker Jeff Gooch will not play in Sunday's wild-card game at Philadelphia.

Jones (sprained left foot) and Gooch (abdominal strain) have made little progress recovering from their injuries and were placed on the inactive list Friday. Jones is second on the team in sacks with 13, behind tackle Warren Sapp's 161/2.

Steve White will replace Jones and Al Singleton will replace Gooch. Running back Aaron Stecker and wide receiver Frank Murphy also are inactive.
