'THE MARRIAGE GO-ROUND': The St. Petersburg Little Theater, 4025 31st St. S, presents this Leslie Stevens romantic comedy as the third production of the 76th season. In this illustrated lecture on the perils of monogamy, the marriage of a professor is put to the test when a beautiful young women comes into his life with the sole purpose of having him father her baby. Performance dates are Thursday through Saturday, Jan. 11-13 at 8 p.m. and matinees at 2 p.m. Jan. 7 and 14. $13, $7 students with I.D. Call 866-1973.

CENTURY ON CENTRAL: St. Petersburg Preservation will present a new walking tour highlighting more than 25 historic structures in downtown beginning at 10 a.m. at Williams Park fountain at First Avenue N and Fourth Street. A guide will discuss life in early St. Petersburg and the architecture of significant structures. $3. Call 824-7802.

'SWAN LAKE': The Florida Orchestra performs excerpts from Tchaikovsky's masterpiece at 8 p.m. in Bayfront Center's Mahaffey Theater, 400 First St. S, St. Petersburg. Program also includes Liszt's Piano Concerto No. 1 and Shostakovich's Concerto No. 1 for piano, trumpet and strings.
