TV show to focus on missing childTimes staff writer © St. Petersburg Times, published April 2, 1999 TAMPA -- The disappearance of Sabrina Aisenberg, the Brandon child missing since November 1997, will be featured on a national television program tonight. Unsolved Mysteries filmed a show on Sabrina in Hillsborough County about six months ago and plans to air it on CBS at 9 p.m. Lt. Greg Brown, spokesman for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, said the department welcomes the spotlight on the case. "As we have all through the investigation, we'll take any assistance we can get," Brown said. As of this week, officials have investigated about 1,900 leads and conducted 6,000 interviews, sheriff's officials said. Over time, people with information about the case may choose to come forward, Brown said. "Friendships change, relationships change," Brown said. "People who may not have wanted to call early in the investigation may be more apt to now." Sabrina was 5 months old when her parents reported her missing. They told investigators she was in her crib at midnight but was gone when they awoke at 7 a.m. There was no sign anyone had broken into the house, and no ransom demand has ever been made.
