Chris Toma, left, and Heather Johnson create bouquets for various Olympic needs. The bouquets harken back to the ancient tradition of presenting an olive wreath to Olympic winners. These days, 25 yellow rosebuds, appropriately named “Golden Gate” roses, are presented to athletes at the Olympic medals plaza every night. The design mimics the Olympic torch.
