Schell, Robert William "Red," 83, of Kenneth City, died Monday (Dec. 11, 2006) at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute, St. Petersburg. He was born in Pittsburgh and moved here in 1955 from Avalon, Pa. He retired after 28 years as a draftsman for Babcock & Wilcox Co. in St. Petersburg. He was an Air Force veteran and member of American Legion Post 273. He was also a member of Transfiguration Catholic Church and the Clearview Oaks social club. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Cathy Richard, and grandson, Robert, both of Treasure Island; and a brother, William, Pittsburgh. ALifeTribute FuneralCare, Gulfport Chapel.
