GARNHART, THERESA M. BOKOWSKI "TERRI," 55, of Belleview, formerly of Tampa and South Pasadena, died Saturday (Dec. 18, 2004) at home of cancer. She was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to Belleview in 1996. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville. She was a museum exhibit designer for Guglielmo and Associates, Tampa, for 15 years. Most recently she was a designer for The Villages Design Center. She helped re-establish the Military and Hospitalier Order of St. Lazarus, Malta Obedience, in Florida. She was a member of the order of St. Stanislas, the board of Mental Health Care and the Greater Hillsborough County Fair. She was a past president of the Hillsborough County Council of PTA/PTSA, former director of the St. Petersburg Museum of History, a former officer of Friends for the Hillsborough County Museum and a former member of the Museum Advisory Board of Hillsborough County (Museum of Science and Industry). Survivors include her husband of 33 years, George; a son, James Gregory Garnhart; a daughter, Stephanie Marie Garnhart; and two sisters, Deborah Guglielmo, Tampa, and Patricia Bradford, Springfield, Va. All Faiths Cremation Society, The Villages.
