Applications sought for arts grants
Times staff writers © St. Petersburg Times, published September 26, 1998 A panel of jurors will select grant recipients based on the effect of the proposal on the applicant's professional development, quality of work, resume qualifications, the completeness and clarity of the application, and the likelihood that the proposed project can be completed within 12 months and within the itemized budget.
