When Gov. LeRoy Collins cut the ribbon on the new westbound span of the Gandy Bridge in April, Tampa and St. Petersburg were united as never before. No more bottlenecks on the skinny old two-lane bridge! Longtime friends Mrs. C.H. Hobe, left, of St. Petersburg and Mrs. E.G.
