1. To enter, complete an official entry form found in the St. Petersburg Times or at any Times office or Times Information Center, or on a 3" x 5" plain piece of paper, print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number and e-mail address (optional for print entries). Mail your entry to: St. Petersburg Times, Attn: Big Easy Getaway Contest, P.O. Box 2242, St. Petersburg, FL 33731-2242. Or enter online at sptimes.com/classified. All entry fields must be completed to qualify. Classified keyword/password need not be included to qualify. Please do not enter both in print and online. One entry per Classified section (Private Party-General Classified, Tampa Bay Cars, Tampa Bay Homes, and Tampa Bay Jobs), and one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries will be honored. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail.
2. Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents, aged 18 or older. Employees of the St. Petersburg Times, WLLD radio, WSJT radio and USAir, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and production agencies, The Sweepstakes Center and their immediate families are not eligible. One winner per household. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
3. Prizes: One grand prize winner wins a 3-day, 2-night trip to New Orleans including airfare, hotel and $500 cash. Grand Prize Trip winner is subject to the terms and conditions on the US Airways Take Flight Incentive Travel Certificate (trip valid until 6-10-05). Maximum value of the two-night stay at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside is $600 (meals and incidentals are the winner’s responsibility). Four runners up will win $100 cash each. Value of runners up prize $100, total value of four runners up prizes is $400. Value of Grand Prize is: $800 airline; $600 hotel; and $500 in cash. Total value of Grand Prize is: $1,900. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner’s responsibility. All prizes will be awarded.
4. Deadline to enter is March 2 at 5 p.m.
5. One grand prize winner and four runners up will be selected in a random drawing of on line and print entries on March 3 and notified by phone. All contest winners must be willing to sign a Prize Acceptance Agreement, which includes a Waiver and General Release from liability in order to qualify for a prize.  If selected entrant is ineligible or does not accept the prize(s) within 7 days of notification, or should the prize or correspondence be returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate randomly selected winner. No substitution for prizes except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Restrictions apply to airline and hotel certificates. If prize value exceeds $600, winner must fill out a W-9 tax form provided by the St. Petersburg Times and return to the Times before the prize can be released to the winner. After W-9 form is received, winner will be instructed to contact WSJT radio for prize fulfillment. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of the prize. By entering or accepting a prize, participant releases Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, affiliates, directors, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the acceptance or use of any prize or while preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity, including travel.
