Lynn Kostreles of New Port Richey, a floral designer at Tonnie's Florist on Main Street In New Port Richey, arranges a dozen long-stem roses on Tuesday to prepare for Valentine's Day. Kostreles said Valentine's Day,which this year falls on Sunday, is normally one of the biggest days for floral sales. She said many people assume that florists will be closed on Sunday, but Tonnie's will be opened. Kostreles expects to sell 80 dozen long-stem roses this week.
