Joey Miazga, 56, choral director at Seminole Middle School, returns to the school Friday in a limousine after being named Pinellas County Teacher of the Year at a luncheon at the Belleview Biltmore Resort and Spa in Belleair. The school's students lined the parking lot to greet and congratulate her.
