More than 100 fifth-graders from Tampa Palms Elementary and Jacksonville's M.K. Rawlings Elementary gathered Tuesday at the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa. There they created Mars City Alpha, six pods made of Visqueen plastic film that represented a Mars habitat.
