While his mom, Helen Richard, opts for a more sedate activity, Tommy Richard, 16, of Montreal gets down and sandy while practicing his break dancing at Redington Shores last week. The dance style, popular in the mid-1980s, is enjoying a bit of a resurgence amoung followers of the hip-hop music scene.
