Robert Mair, 5, a pre-kindergarten student at Mittye P. Locke Elementary school, can't contain his laughter Wednesday as a volunteer tickles his feet while making a life-size drawing of him during the Arts Alive Festival at Crews Lake Park in Shady Hills. More than 900 elementary students in the Pasco County exceptional education program attended the festival, which also exhibited some of the artwork created by the students in their classrooms.
