| Jose Virgen, left, scrubs the roof of a truck Tuesday during a benefit car wash at the Beverage Chest in Dade City. The event was held to raise funds for the family of Ruben Villa to pay for the teen's funeral. Villa was killed June 27 when asking his girlfriend's mother for her daughter's hand in marriage. Edward Contreras, the brother of Villa's intended fiancee, 15-year-old Rosalee "Chalia" Contreras, was charged Tuesday with murder. The Villa family plans to hold another benefit today at the Beverage Chest and at the Union Local 43 starting at 10 a.m.
