| Walter Holsey, 7, of Gainesville takes a nap Friday after competing in the shot put, the long jump and several races at the Sunshine State Games at the University of South Florida in Tampa. The event, which began in 1980 in Gainesville with 3,000 competitors, has grown into a 10,000-athlete event.
