| Saturday, August 7, 1999 -- Tampa Bay Devil Rays third baseman Wade Boggs homers to right field off of Cleveland Indians' lefthander Chris Haney for hit #3,000 in the bottom of the sixth inning at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg Saturday night August 8, 1999.
