| Kevin Bomengen flies a kite Tuesday evening at Clearwater Beach. The kite consists of a stack of six 4-foot diamond kites with 60-foot tails. Bomengen of Oldsmar was at the beach with his girlfriend, Amy Josey, and Donna Fisher, the owner of the kite and Clearwater Kite Co.
