| Jeff Weiss, 36, takes to the air as he windsurfs in the Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday near Pass-a-Grille beach. Heeding the mandatory evacuation caused by Hurricane Floyd, the Jacksonville resident and his mother found refuge in Tampa. He praised the area's conditions as ideal for the sport. "This is the best of everything right here." he said.
