| A 3-to-4-foot alligator swims in the pool Tuesday night at the Chateaux Versailles Condominiums at 2255 66 Ave. N in St. Petersburg. "If he stays any longer I'm going to charge him a maintenance fee," resident Shirley Griffin said. Griffin first noticed the reptile relaxing in the pool early in the afternoon. "There's not enough gator there to make a purse for my wife," resident Robert Puffer added. The neighbors watched the gator from outside of the fenced-in area of the pool while trying to call trappers to have it removed. Amoung the rules the gator violated were No. 3, requiring a pool pass, and No. 8, requiring proper swimming attire.
