| With schools closed September 21 because of Tropical Storm Harvey, students Coleen Fisher, 12, Crystal Blosfield, 15, and Vicki Flynn, 12, take advantage of reduced rates at Busch Gardens. The three were cooling off in the Tanganyika Tidal Wave, which is formed when a boat drops 55 feet, soaking everyone in the splash.
