Tampa firefighter Jimmie Bentivegna helps Bobby Jack Wyatt, 21, of Land O'Lakes from his blue Toyota on S Dale Mabry Highway near Columbus Avenue on Wednesday morning. Wyatt suffered neck injuries in the accident and was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital. Police said Wyatt drove his Toyota into a car in front of him, flipped his car onto its side and slid into the undercarriage of a flatbed truck. Wyatt was charged with careless driving, police said.
