Victoria Moser, 4, of Thonotosassa, holds a candle and a flower Sunday in memory of Amanda Brown, a 7-year-old girl who is missing. Victoria's family does not know Amanda's family, but they attended the vigil at Courtney Campbell Parkway to show their support.
