| Still in her tights and skirt from her ballet class, 21/2-year-old Kennedy-Tate Stuart succumbs Saturday to the siren song of the rain puddles at Ferg's Sports Bar on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg. The young puddle-hopper's father was participating in a charity even at the bar.
